Katie was the perfect match for our home buying experience. We were all over the board with trying to figure out what we were looking for and even where in Kansas City we wanted to live. Katie’s relaxed approach allowed us to tour many types of homes across the KC Metro area over a six month period. She never gave up on us or pressured us, instead allowing us the opportunity to get a feel for what we wanted and needed. She was also great at assisting with anxiety and the pressures of home buying and helped rally for us through the process. I honestly don’t think we would have found our dream home with any other realtor, she was the perfect combination of helpful without pressuring us. I do not have enough positive things to say about working with Katie, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Katie DiBernardo is an extraordinary true professional. She has a passion for helping others find their dream home and will deliver in all areas – even beyond her realtor responsibilities. When the sellers moved out, the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. The closing was over and real estate transactions were complete. Nevertheless, Katie personally took over the task to ensure the house was properly cleaned when my mother (the buyer) arrived. Furthermore, weeks later after the closing, my mother had difficulty understanding the heating system. She called Katie and Katie and her husband arrived to help within the hour. Katie is 100% reliable, answers phone calls and emails punctually, and it totally committed to performing up to extremely high standards to help you find your dream house. I loved working with Katie of MOJO Real Estate Team and you will too!

We randomly met Katie DeBernardo, an agent with MOJO, at an open house she was holding and we are so glad we did! She was such a pleasure to work with and made our first home buying experience a great one. She went to see lots of open houses and after 3 failed offers, we finally found the perfect house and closed. It could have been much more stressful without Katie and the MOJO team she works with.

Katie DeBernardo was amazing. She was always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. She made me feel at ease when things were stressful and always made it clear I was the priority. Katie went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. She spent three hours of her personal time taking care of some unwanted things in my new home even though it was not going to affect the sale.
